FEBRUARY 2010 Suffer 7 game winless streak that leaves title challenge in tatters
OCTOBER 2009 Carpeteers record perfect 5/5 wins in group stage but hammered 0-4 by City Boys in Cup QF
OCTOBER 2009 Shaun Hicks signs for Carpeteers in goal as Jason Hoare leaves
SEPTEMEBER 2009 Finished Top 3 in Premiership for third season running
MAY 2009 Tamely beaten 1-0 by Londis in Shield QF
APRIL 2009 Carpeteers finish runners up in only their second Premiership season
JANUARY 2009 After saving up to £70 over the last year in a Carps fund we have just purchased our brand new kit which will be worn for the first time at the end of this month
DECEMBER 2008 GK Ozzie leaves for Chesney United after his request to play for free was turned down by the Carpeteers. Jason Hoare moves in the other direction to become our new goal keeper
NOVEMBER 2008 Hoops breaks a toe in 2 places during warm up for a match
NOVEMBER 2008 Jim Martyn has contract terminated
OCTOBER 2008 Premier League runners up DB's try to sign Craig Phillips but he turns them down to stay with Carpeteers
OCTOBER 2008 Didn't make the cup knockouts but the Shield instead. Reached our first final but lost on penalties to Chenpump
SEPTEMBER 2008 3rd in our first Premiership season
JULY 2008 Ozzie signs new Carps deal despite interest from several bottom divison clubs who have seen the teams excellent progress
MAY 2008 Black armbands worn in memory of James Silvester [ aka Chesney ] who was killed by a hit and run driver in Foxhole at the weekend
MAY 2008 Lost in the cup semi finals for the 3rd time running, this time 1-0 to Premier League Champions Chenpump
APRIL 2008 Promoted from the Championship after our biggest win to date, 9-0 over Gover. The following week the champagne was out as we were crowned undefeated champions of the Championship
MARCH 2008 Hoops breaks arm in a record breaking 8th straight win for us over Kernow 7-0. Gareth Geach also out injured for the season.
JANUARY 2008 Knocked out in cup semi finals again this time to Badger's on penalties
DECEMBER 2007 We wore our brand new silver kit for the first time in 3-1 win over Athletico Poltair
NOVEMBER 2007 Champions of the 3rd division with 13 wins in 14 games and only 1 defeat
OCTOBER 2007 Gained promotion to the Championship after a 2-0 win over One Team
AUGUST 2007 A freak goal in the cup  vs FC Redditch knocks us out at the semi final stage yet again despite dominating the game
AUGUST 2007 Craig Phillips signs for Carpeteers after becoming out of favour at Poltair Predators. Richard Golley leaves the following week to re join Tornadoes
JULY 2007 Missed out on promotion on final day of the season after losing to both Gover and Gherkins. Finished season in 4th
JUNE 2007 Luke Styles had contract terminated
MAY 2007 Gareth Geach signs after hitting the first ever Carps hat trick in his trial match vs Gover in 5-1 win
APRIL 2007 Lost in cup QF to Young Gunz 2-0 but they lost in the final 5-0
MARCH 2007 Had to win to stay up but relegated from the Championship after blowing the lead in a 4-2 defeat to Dad's Team to stay up
FEBRUARY 2007 Richard Golley leaves goalkeeper position at Championship outfit Tornadoes to become our new centre back with Dan Nicholls moving in the other direction the following week
JANUARY 2007 James Triggs had contract terminated
NOVEMBER 2006 Lost at the death in Shield semi final to Barney's Boys
OCTOBER 2006 Relegated from Championship after 0-0 with Niles Bakery but stayed in Championship after only joining mid season to replace St Austell Brewery
SEPTEMBER 2006 Our first game as Carpeteers was a 3-0 defeat to Barney's Boys. [ later named Bale's Truckers ]
